Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Canada branch is a dynamic branch covering all of Canada and consists of three underwriting offices in Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. Since 1957, as the first Japanese insurance company to start a business in Canada, we have been providing high value to our customers and brokers.
Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire is one of the largest and the oldest insurance company in Japan. A main objective of its Canadian branch is to support the Canadian operations of Japanese companies. Since we began our operation in Canada, we have successfully built long-lasting business relationships with customers as well as their brokers. We place utmost importance in establishing mutual trust with our customers and partners with a long-term view.
We also underwrite our own domestic Canadian businesses. As we establish our presence in Canada, we have been expanding our business to local markets, together with our partner – Northbridge Insurance. We strive to be a key player in the Canadian insurance market.
