The Integrated Annual Report 2017 published by Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. (President and Group CEO: Tsuyoshi Nagano, the “Company") has been recognized with an Award for Excellence at the 20th Nikkei Annual Report Awards.
Nikkei Annual Report Awards has been hosted by Nikkei since 1998, intended to develop and disseminate annual reports published by Japanese companies, and panel of judges including fund managers and analysts evaluate and select excellent reports among those published by participating companies.
The Company started to publish the annual report in an integrated form, from “Annual Report 2015” in order to make it easier for investors and other stakeholders to understand sustainable value creation model of Tokio Marine Group.
"Integrated Annual Report" is a tool for readers to have better understanding of our value creation model by focusing on our unique strengths, such as aligned Group management and human resources, and explaining history that has cultivated the strengths and created values in an easy-to-understand manner.
In addition, reflecting investors' growing interests about ESG, in "Integrated Annual Report 2017," we made efforts to promote a better understanding of initiatives to ESG by consolidating contents such as environment, society, and governance into one chapter.
The Company continues to disclose sufficient information in an easily understandable manner in order to receive high evaluation in a medium-and long-term perspective.
