In the IT Planning Department, our mission is to build a resilient organization that ensures our IT infrastructure operates reliably and continues to evolve to support customers in their critical moments.

As technology advances and IT strategy becomes increasingly important, organizational resilience must extend beyond compliance. That’s why we design and operate a self‑sustaining risk and compliance cycle, responding to risks quickly and appropriately and using what we learn to drive the next productive action.

Our role is to build this cycle and embed it across the organization. To do this, we continually ask ourselves:

  • Are there potential future bottlenecks in our governance framework?
  • How can we strengthen compliance without slowing the progress of our IT strategy?

In our daily work, we pick up on small signs that something may not be working as it should. From there, we identify and define issues, design sustainable governance, and take the lead in working with related departments to build a strong organization and infrastructure that supports customers when they need it most.

Working in a role with meaningful autonomy requires not only legal expertise but also leadership, coordination, and strategic thinking. By tackling challenges together with colleagues across the company, we are able to grow collectively while taking on meaningful and rewarding work.

Being at the center of IT strategy gives us the opportunity to create value that goes beyond compliance‑only initiatives. This is the essence of my work and what I value most in my role each day.
