The Corporate Planning Group drives company‑wide transformation and helps ensure we continue delivering peace of mind to our customers.
My responsibilities range from developing our business and mid‑term plans, to shaping the company’s overall strategy. I also support the President’s decision‑making and consider how our domestic life insurance business can best contribute to the Tokio Marine Group and our customers.
What inspires me about the Tokio Marine Group is seeing colleagues around the world genuinely embody our Purpose: “To Be There for Our Customers and Society in Times of Need.” When people approach their work with sincerity, it creates an environment where everyone can continue to grow.
For me, the most rewarding part of working here is being able to contribute to society while continuing to grow as a professional.
