Stuart Mackenzie

One of the aspects of my job that I most like, and appreciate, is the empowerment that is attached to it, a core value at TMK. I like the sense of responsibility and accountability that this value conveys, which has helped me grow professionally during my career at TMK and ultimately to take on further responsibilities. I am also fortunate with my current role - and previous roles at TMK - that it involves working with colleagues from across the company, as well as colleagues externally from within the wider TM Group. I enjoy the variety and learning opportunities that working with so many people provides, that means that no day is ever the same! Lastly, I am proud to work for company that is held in such high esteem within the Lloyd's of London market, and which from the year I joined has been part of the Tokio Marine Group and the position of strength that this has afforded us.
