I am the Group Chief Executive Officer of Hollard Insurance Holdings Botswana, where I lead the organization with a strong focus on purpose, innovation, and inclusive growth. I am responsible for providing strategic direction across both short-term and life insurance operations, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring that our insurance solutions remain relevant and accessible to the communities we serve.

What I find most rewarding about working in partnership with the Tokio Marine Group is the opportunity to translate global values into meaningful local impact.
