Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. (President and Group CEO: Tsuyoshi Nagano; hereinafter “the company”) won the “IR Gran Prix Award” in the 21st IR Award hosted by Japan Investor Relations Association (hereinafter “JIRA”).

The IR award is designed to recognize companies which have been highly accredited in the investment community for their understanding and promotion of IR activities. This is the fourth time the company has received an award from JIRA; in 2008 (IR Special Award), in 2010 (Best IR Award) and 2014 (Best IR Award). This is the first time the company has won the “IR Gran Prix Award”, which is given to companies that have been awarded Best IR Award twice in the past and are worthy of being selected for the third time.

IR activities for individual investors are also fulfilling. Conferences for individual investors including the one hosted by top management are held across the country. The company is also strengthening its ability to convey messages through its website.

Going forward, as a part of its efforts to enhance corporate value, Tokio Marine Holdings will make consistent efforts to disclose accurate information in fair and transparent manner, conducting constructive communication with its shareholders and investors.
