Tokio Marine Property Investment Management was established in February 2003 to make the real estate asset management operations of Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire a separate company.

The first is an asset management business, where we establish and manage real estate investment funds, which directly buy and hold properties, for pension funds and other institutions. The second is a real estate solutions business. Here, activities include using our funds to purchase assets that clients no longer need and creating proposals for the use of clients’ idle real estate. We are experts in providing a variety of solutions based on managing risks associated with real estate investments. Our goal is to use this knowledge to increase the vitality of Japan’s real estate and real estate finance markets.
